ndrea Le is a rising LPGA Tour superstar, highlighted by her victory at the 2022 Portland Classic. Lee was a winner in all tournaments, and she won 9 matches during her collegiate time in the ranks of Standford University. She also spent 17 consecutive weeks in the top spot of the Women's Amateur World ranking. As the Women's Amateur with the most points at close of the season in 2019 Lee was awarded the Mark H. James the father of her James, began teaching her to play golf when she was 5 years old. As a young girl, she started competing in tournaments. She was awarded 50 championships when she was a junior player in just four years. In 2014, the US Women's Open was her first cut. The age was 15 while her father served as her caddie. She was invited by sponsors to participate in the year 2015 ANA Inspiration LPGA Tour, but she missed the cut. Lee was a member of the USA as a Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup team and in the Women's World Amateur Team Championship. The moment she first came to Stanford University in 2016, Lee was Stanford's most popular athlete at that point. She was awarded nine championships over the course of three seasons. Lee became a professional in the year the year 2019, following her departure from Stanford University. Her amateur playing career spans 17 weeks in the highest in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee was awarded her the Mark H. McCormack award for the 2019 season after being the number one amateur. Lee was a hole-in-one four times and one albatross when she was an amateur. She had two top-10 finishes during her debut year on the LPGA Tour. She was a seventh-place finisher in the 2020 AIG Women's Open at Kingsbarns Golf Links.
